1. SALES PRICES

All prices indicated on the Website are tax included. Prices do include shipping costs and any promo-code discounts. Oils of Italy reserves the right to make changes to sales prices at any time and without notice of any kind.

2. INVOICING AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS

Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice or in any case by other accompanying document and/or by a standard receipt.

3. PRODUCTS

The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and not binding. The weight of the products offered on the Website is to be considered approximate.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

The order placed by the Customer will be binding for Oils of Italy only if the entire order process has been completed regularly and correctly without any error message appearing on the Website. The Customer shall receive an order confirmation message in his/her mailbox, with a summary of the products, their relative prices and the general and particular conditions pertaining to their order.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

In addition to the provisions of point “8”, the Customer can cancel the entire order exclusively within 2 hours of placing an order. Any cancellation request received by Oils of Italy beyond the allowed terms shall be rejected. It is not possible to modify an order already received. Therefore, it is necessary to first cancel the incorrect order and then make a new one for the desired products on the Website. To cancel an order, you must send an e-mail to oilsofitaly@yahoo.com indicating the exact reference number of the order.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to the provisions of the Legislative Decree n.206 of September 06, 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer/Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the unopened/sealed products and obtain a refund of the price paid minus the cost of shipping.

Method of Exercise:

To this end, the Customer shall contact the Seller within 3 days following the delivery of the products by sending a communication containing all the information necessary and useful for carrying out a correct return and refund process.

Such communication shall necessarily contain everything indicated below:

– the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract; – the number and copy of the document (invoice – shipping document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised; – the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

The refund, not including shipping costs, shall be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication via registered letter with return receipt or certified e-mail to be sent to: OilsofItaly@yahoo.com

Following receipt of the communication with which the Customer communicates his/her will to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller, having verified the compliance with the requirements indicated above, shall agree, also by e-mail, with the Customer on the methods to carry out the return of the products.

7. PAYMENT

PAYMENT METHODS

The Customer shall pay for the ordered products in the following ways: credit card (including prepaid) and/or PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery (COD). Credit cards accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover,Diners club international, JCG, and American Express.
Once the payment method has been chosen, the Customer is directed to the relative site (Stripe for credit cards, PayPal for the same method) to make the transaction and complete the payment.

SECURITY

Online transactions by credit card and PayPal are carried out on their respective sites, through secure servers that adopt the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system.
Such protocol is designed to prevent the interception, modification or falsification of information. Oils of Italy never gets to know the data of the Customer’s credit cards or PayPal account.

8. DELIVERY

For deliveries to the address indicated by the customer, Oils of Italy uses the private carrier FedEx, DHL, UPS or another express courier. Please refer to the dedicated section for further information
