Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us here at Oils Of Italy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders placed before 3pm with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Oils Of Italy only ships to addresses within the continental U.S.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Oils Of Italy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Oils Of Italy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
 

Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened/sealed product to us for a full refund/store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To return an item, [please email customer service at Info@oilsofitaly.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,] place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the return address from your shipping label.  Please contact oilsofitaly@yahoo.com for further instruction.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange].
